The fast-dissolving capsules quickly releases 4 drops of RESCUE NIGHT® flower essences to help you enjoy a natural night's sleep.
How to use
Place a RESCUE® Night Liquid Melt capsule on your tongue and let it dissolve.
Ingredients:
- Vegetable carrier oil (grapeseed oil),
- Capsule shell (fish gelatin, pectin, coconut oil and carnauba wax),
- Natural flavouring (orange oil and vanilla),
- Bulking agent (sorbitol),
- Flower Essences: (Helianthemum nummularium, Clematis vitalba, Impatiens glandulifera, Prunus cerasifera, Ornithogalum umbellatum (RESCUE®) and Aesculus hippocastanum).

Bach RESCUE Night Liquid Melts 28 capsules is a UK original import from Dr Bach's RESCUE range, designed for nights when your mind will not switch off. Each fast-dissolving capsule melts on your tongue and releases a serving of RESCUE Night flower essences, helping you settle into a natural night's sleep.
What ingredients does it contain?
RESCUE Night combines the five original Bach flower essences — Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem and Cherry Plum — plus White Chestnut, the essence traditionally used to help switch off unwanted repetitive thoughts. The essences are carried in a grapeseed oil solution inside a capsule shell with natural orange and vanilla flavour. Please note the shell contains fish gelatine, so it may not suit vegetarians.
Who is it suitable for?
It is made for anyone kept awake by a busy, racing mind — pre-exam nerves, big presentations, travel or everyday stress. The formula is alcohol-free, free from sedatives and non-habit forming, with no grogginess the next morning, and it is melatonin-free.
How do I use it?
Place one capsule on your tongue and let it dissolve before going to bed. Additional capsules may be taken during the night as needed. Each capsule quickly releases 4 drops' worth of RESCUE Night flower essences.
Is it habit forming? Does it contain alcohol?
No and no. RESCUE Night Liquid Melts are alcohol-free and non-habit forming. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a doctor before use, and use adult supervision when giving to children under 12.
How should I store it?
Keep the blister pack below 25°C in a cool, dry place and always out of the sight and reach of children.
