Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)
What is Surya Brasil Color Fixation Hair Mask?
It is a 225g hair mask from the Surya Brasil Color Fixation line, designed for a vegan colour-care routine. The product is made in Brazil and imported for sale in Hong Kong and Macau.
What ingredients are in the hair mask?
The creamy formula features cupuacu butter, buriti oil and rice protein for conditioning dry or colour-treated hair. It is made without SLS, SLES, artificial fragrance, artificial colour, parabens and mineral oil.
Who is it suitable for?
It is suitable for colour-treated or chemically treated hair and can be used as part of a regular wash-and-care routine. Check the label before use if you have a known sensitivity to a listed ingredient.
How do I use the hair mask?
After shampooing, remove excess water and apply generously from mid-lengths to ends, then follow the timing on the label. Rinse thoroughly; a thermal cap or hot towel can be used as directed for a more intensive routine.
What safety precautions apply?
For external use only; avoid contact with the eyes and stop use if irritation occurs. Rinse thoroughly if the product enters the eyes.
How should I store it?
Keep the container closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not add water to the product.
Which products work well with it?
Use it with Color Fixation Shampoo and Conditioner, and after Surya Brasil henna cream colour. Use the mask periodically rather than after every wash if that suits your routine.
Where can I buy it?
It is available at our Mong Kok and Macau stores. We participate in the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department's No Fakes Pledge.
What are the shipping options?
Hong Kong orders receive free shipping at HK$300; Macau orders receive free shipping at MOP$200. Delivery details are shown at checkout.
