NOW Foods Zinc Glycinate is a US original import mineral supplement providing 30 mg of elemental zinc from 150 mg of zinc bisglycinate (Albion TRAACS) per softgel, with 250 mg of cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil. Dietary bioavailability of zinc is relatively poor, so this chelated form is offered in an easy-to-swallow softgel for improved absorption. The product is kosher and GMP quality assured.
