Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)
What is this Ionic Nebulizing Aroma Diffuser?
It is a vase-shaped ionic nebulizing diffuser made in Taiwan. It uses an air pump to push essential oil through a handcrafted glass nebulizer without adding water or applying heat.
What are its main parts and typical use?
The unit combines a wooden base, a quiet air pump and a glass reservoir/nebulizer. It is typically used for room fragrance in living rooms, studies or other ventilated adult spaces.
Who is it for?
It suits adults who want a waterless, heatless room-fragrance diffuser and are comfortable following the operating and cleaning instructions. It is not a toy and is not intended for children to operate.
How should I use it?
Assemble the glass reservoir as instructed and add only a suitable essential oil to the marked operating level. Connect the unit, select the pump setting and keep it upright on a stable surface.
What safety precautions should I follow?
Unplug before filling or cleaning, keep the base and power lead away from water, and never cover the air outlet. Keep essential oils and the unit away from children and pets, avoid eye or mouth contact, and stop use if the glass is cracked or the unit is damaged.
How should I store and clean it?
Unplug, empty the reservoir and clean the glass parts according to the manual using suitable materials. Store the unit dry, upright and protected from impact when not in use.
Which products pair with it?
Use suitable essential oils and the matching glass nebulizer replacement part when needed. Keep to the compatible design and follow the manual rather than mixing unrelated parts.
