Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)
What is the Banksia Scent Pot Base?
It is a natural Australian Banksia wood stand made as a companion for the Banksia Scent Pot. It holds the pot securely and helps keep essential oil away from furniture surfaces.
What material is it made from?
The base is made from natural Australian Banksia wood with its own grain and tonal variation. It is an Australian original import and is made in Australia.
Who is the base for?
It suits adults using a Banksia Scent Pot who want a tidy display and extra protection for tables, shelves or bedside surfaces. It is a home-fragrance accessory, not a toy.
How should I use it?
Place the Banksia Scent Pot on the base and check that it sits level and stable before adding or refreshing oil. Keep the complete display on a flat, secure surface.
What safety precautions should I follow?
Keep the wooden accessory and essential oils out of reach of children and pets, and avoid placing them near a flame or heat source. Wipe any oil spill promptly and do not use the stand if it becomes unstable or damaged.
How should I care for the wooden base?
Wipe it with a dry or barely damp cloth and dry it immediately; do not soak or submerge the wood. Store it away from direct sunlight and damp areas when not in use.
Which products pair with the base?
It pairs with the Banksia Scent Pot standard and large sizes, together with your chosen home-fragrance oil. Keep the pot on the stand whenever oil is being added or refreshed.
Where can I buy it in Hong Kong or Macau?
Visit our Mong Kok store in Hong Kong or our Macau store to shop this Australian Banksia wood base. Genuine stock is covered by the No Fakes Pledge.
What are the shipping options?
Hong Kong orders of HK$300 or more and Macau orders of MOP$200 or more qualify for free shipping.
