Beyond Aroma Olive oil surfactant, derived from olive oil, is a
surfactant and co-emulsifier. It provides emollient and mildness to
formulations, and due to its natural affinity with human skin, helps
protect skin from delipidation and irritation which maybe caused by
other surfactants.
