Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)
What is the Banksia Scent Pot Large?
It is a large handcrafted home-fragrance diffuser made from an Australian Banksia Grandis seed pod. This 7 cm version has a central chamber for essential or fragrance oil and releases aroma through the pod’s natural pores.
What material is it made from, and how is it typically used?
It is handcrafted from Australian Banksia Grandis seed pods, with natural size and pattern variation. It is typically used on a bedside table, bathroom shelf, wardrobe or living-space display for low-tech home fragrance.
Who is the large size for?
It suits adults who want a larger natural diffuser for a bedroom, bathroom, living area or office. It is intended for decorative home fragrance, not for use by children.
How should I use it?
Remove the cork, add about 5–15 drops of essential or fragrance oil to the central chamber, then replace the cork. Add a few drops to refresh the scent and keep the pot upright on a stable surface.
What safety precautions should I follow?
Keep the diffuser and oils out of reach of children and pets, and place the pot only on a stable, level surface. Do not put it near a flame, heat source or edge, and avoid contact between oil and eyes or mouth.
How should I store and care for it?
Keep the cork in place when the pot is not being refilled and wipe the outside with a dry cloth. Store it away from direct sunlight, damp conditions and strong heat.
Which products pair with it?
The Banksia Scent Pot Base adds a stable display surface and helps protect furniture, while essential oils such as lavender, citrus or eucalyptus create different home-fragrance moods.
Where can I buy it in Hong Kong or Macau?
Visit our Mong Kok store in Hong Kong or our Macau store to shop the Banksia Scent Pot Large. It is an Australian original import covered by the No Fakes Pledge.
What are the shipping options?
Hong Kong orders of HK$300 or more and Macau orders of MOP$200 or more qualify for free shipping.
